Need the right supplier for your project? I take care of that.
I help project teams turn specifications into buildable solutions, finding and coordinating manufacturers for joinery, bespoke furniture and FF&E.
Project management, procurement and industry — with experience on both sides of the decision.
I am José Ferreira. My background runs through procurement and operations, estimating and technical development, project management and PMO, always at the junction between client, project team, suppliers and production.
Along the way I have coordinated design, purchasing, suppliers, production, logistics and installation, following projects from requirements and budget through to delivery. That lets me read a quotation beyond its bottom line: what is included, whether it is technically feasible, whether the supplier has the capacity, where the risks sit and whether the lead time is realistic.
Connecting what the project needs to the capacity that can build it.
I do not replace the project team; I step in where decisions need speeding up, alternatives need finding, quotations need structuring and suppliers need keeping aligned, until a clear, buildable solution exists.
You do not need more contacts. You need someone who keeps the process moving.
Three things. Nothing more.
Manufacturers who can actually build the piece.
I identify and filter suppliers suited to the scope, weighing technical capability, experience, location, lead time and price bracket.
Quotations side by side, with nothing hidden.
I structure the comparison so the real differences show: price, scope, materials, exclusions, terms, lead time and risks.
The process kept moving until delivery.
I bridge project and manufacturer through clarifications, approvals, variations, production, logistics and delivery, within the agreed scope.
From drawing to an award-ready solution.
Because I can talk to the designer, to the buyer and to the maker.
I understand what is drawn.
I read drawings, specifications, materials, quantities and constraints to understand what is actually being asked for.
I understand what has to close.
I can look at price, lead time, negotiation, the impact of variations and the decision criteria without losing the commercial logic of the project.
I understand what can be built.
I know the limits of production, technical preparation, purchasing, capacity, logistics and installation that can undo a quotation on site.
What a client usually wants to know.
Why not go straight to the factory?
Do you represent a particular factory?
I already have suppliers. Does this still make sense?
What areas do you cover?
Is everything I share with you kept confidential?
How are you paid?
Send me the project. I will tell you where I can be useful.
Drawings, quantities, materials, lead time, location and — where it exists — a budget reference are enough for a first read. I will tell you quickly whether I can add value, and in what scope.
